Ingredients

12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)

2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin

2 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear until golden and cooked through, 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and slice.

In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Whisk in parmesan until melted and sauce thickens, about 3–4 minutes.

Add pasta to the skillet, tossing until coated. Add chicken slices on top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use full-fat cream for the best sauce texture.
Add spinach, broccoli, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
